Our Story

Welcome to our web-home.

Hello, I am Rachel Bloe. In 2006 I founded CES based on a desire to improve preventative and clinical care, starting from the frontline.

I bring to this social enterprise my medical and clinical expertise coupled with my financial knowledge and life experience. I understand what it means to start from the beginning again. I was an immigrant in a very new world at a time I did not expect to be, I then transitioned from a career in finance to health care, something I always wanted to do. I traveled the nursing pathway from CNA to LPN to RN, while balancing full-time jobs, family and a social life. When I mentor my students about what a program like CES can do for them, I am speaking from experience and realities.

Starting as a program to train Certified Nursing Assistants, CES has expanded to include various allied health and clinic management training modules.  With an amazing team of instructors, trainers, and administrators, CES now trains students to routinely utilize best practices for improved healthcare perception, knowledge, access and outcomes.

I feel that this story must continue and I look forward to expanding CES' proven, client focused training and mentorship internationally.
